Holidays with my mother

Very nice her nice people help ready many offers Rio Panda and about one of the nicest and funniest staff great offer of food and you get 24/7 eat a very good tennis court and volleyball court very good cocktails.

Horrible, Dirty, Disgusting, Loud

This was the most terrible hotel in our life. The pics from booking.com have nothing to do with the real room.
The Disco about 30 meter from the hotel plays bass till 3 am and the windows nearly break. No chance to sleep.
Every peace of this hotel is dirty.
Hair everywhere, in the bed, on the floor in the bathroom
From the aircondition run out water next to the bed.
The bathroom has nothing, no bathkit, no shower curtain but it has a lot of hairs and mold and dirt and it smells bad.
The bathtube is blocked and full in a few minutes, the water not run down.
One horrible night without one minute of sleep. We Never see something like that before.

Room is dated and shower screen door was not installed, water flows into the toilet floor during shower. The hotel is facing directly to a discotecque, loud booming music can be heard very clearly until 3 am. It was very disappointing as we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and we decided to change hotel after 2 days as it's impossible to sleep.. we forfeited our additional 2 nights and moved to other hotel.

Worst experience ever!

This is the first time that I regretted with my choice of hotel. First saw this one on Booking.com showing that the hotel is 3 stars quality hotel. When I arrived, I immediately said to myself “ hey yo, you did wrong once” .
The room is much more smaller than the pics. The corridor light is not aligned unless you are under the light. So whenever I move away to my room, I had to use my phone flashlight to see the way.
The TV is not up to standards for 3 stars.
They even don’t have properly wardrobe.
The bathroom is stinky.
Whole room is in bad condition.
I asked the receptionist about the grade this hotel is, and he answered like he has no idea about his job.
So you guys, with the same price I suggest to choose many others with great service and nice room , forget about this hotel.

The hotel staff were uneducated, almost ignored their attitude, the floor of the room was black, they didn't clean at all, and there were always cleaning tools in front of the room, which was the worst."The disco outside was noisy.Anyway, it's the worst
