My stay was good. The coffee maker was not working, so the front desk clerk agreed to make some for me. I drink coffee at night. That spoke volumes to me!

DISGUSTING! The photos speak for the hotel.

STAY FAR AWAY! I feel dirty and used by this hotel. I want my money-back! They should have paid me to stay there. Check in was a joke she looked up our name backwards and said we had no reservations from Expedia. Glad we asked her to look it up again but in hind sight we should have looked for another hotel and tried to get a refund from Expedia.

Horrible

Out of all my hotels stays I’ve ever been had
This was one of the worse ones yet !!!
To start I called this location to verify they had a pool lady on the end of the phone said yes we do
Main reason I booked
Get there to find out it’s a lock on the pool and the pool is closed , no reason as to why it is closed !
Enters into room ,
No extra tissue , none of the toiletries items were filled and it was leftover items for the previous guest a fish line , lighter and candy
Let’s go to breakfast
This is supposed to be a self serve meal
They had workers SERVINGGGGGG THE HOT FOOD
I immediately just lost my appetite!!!
To end of with check out
They had the cleaning crews doing rooms with music BLASTING , high pitched singing and graffiti cleaning carts
I really think this Hampton hotel believes it is a motel or it’s not a place of business
They need MANAGEMENT ASAP !!!!!!!

No hot breakfast

We were told breakfast was from 7-11. It was more like 7-9. We came down at 9:30 to find everything being put up. Other people also came up and were confused as to why it was put away. We couldn’t even grab a piece of fruit. No one offered an explanation and you didn’t want
To ask the receptionist because was too busy filing her nails. Very disappointing

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. We were just passing thru so we had no expectations other than a clean, safe place to rest. All Hampton's hold a high standard and you know what you will get. That's why we look for Hampton's while traveling.
