Historic, Atmospheric, Lovely, Haunted

If I could give a higher rating, I would. From the moment we arrived, I knew this was going to be an awesome stay! The interior is incredibly atmospheric and decorated with historic looking adornment and items. It felt like stepping back in time. The hosts make you feel right at home. The breakfasts are outstanding and a fantastic way to meet your fellow boarders, get to know your hosts, talk about the events of your trip with everyone and/or any experiences had in the rooms. Speaking of experiences in the rooms...
My partner and I shared The Soiled Dove, one of the original rooms that was transported when the Bordello was moved across town. It is also reportedly one of the most haunted rooms in the establishment (which I specifically asked for when booking). Because the bed and room were so dang comfortable, I slept better than I have in awhile and perhaps missed some activity in our room. However, excited to say, on the final morning of our stay, I did hear from the Soiled Dove's resident phantom. You can read about it from our entry in Sadie's Journal, which is left at all times on the bed stand (dated 4/29/24). And for those interested, my partner, myself and a fellow boarder also experienced quite a bit of activity in the downstairs parlor/sitting area.
So if a historic, atmospheric, haunted (but lovely) mood is what you're aiming for while in town - the Tombstone Bordello is definitely one I would recommend. It was one of the best parts of our trip and we will absolutely be booking here in the future!!
(For context, we were in town for the 2nd Annual Tombstone Wild West Paracon and stayed for 5 days/4 nights.)

Run down & filthy!

They say first impressions can never be taken back- we were led down a hall past the kitchen to a hot mess of a back office to check in. After climbing up narrow, steep stairs to our Scarlett Ladies room, we found mouse droppings on a stained bedspread and a filthy carpet that was not vacuumed. Innkeeper said she forgot to check the room & that workmen were in the bathroom at night. My daughter stayed in a friend's RV after seeing the droppings (which my friends also found in their bathroom) Pool and hot tub not functional (note in the Shady Lady room journal from August 17, 2021 complained of the same!) We were moved to Shady Lady room w/peeling ceiling paint and only 1 ceiling light (you cannot read in bed) Squeaky bed. LOW water pressure. No ice available. Dead moths in outdoor refrig dispenser door. Duct taped bed frame corner to trip over (also mentioned by another guest in the room journal March 20, 2023) Breakfast was good and towels were nice & Halloween decor and candy. But seriously, I used to be an Innkeeper at a 4 Diamond Inn and this would not have passed for 1 star rating. It's sad because it has history and potential to be fabulous if it were maintained.

Fantastic stay great hosts and strange middle of night experience

Came from England . Stayed here 6th and 7th October with the 7th being my 40th birthday. Mary was a fantastic host , so welcoming and friendly and breakfast and choices were amazing. Bags of charachter in the property and so close to town centre ideal place to stay and would recommend. We stayed in the fallen Angel room the only one with balcony. First night I did experience something , not sure what it was … was awakened to the bed shaking violently , I tried to rationalise this and think what could be causing it but couldn’t think of an explanation although I couldn’t see what was doing it . This happened for around a minute and when it stopped I heard footsteps running from one end of the balcony to the other. I plucked up the courage to turn int he light which wasn’t on my side of the bed and got up to check my phone by this time it was 10 minutes past midnight so 10 mins into my birthday , nothing happened in the second night . Very strange experience but I’d recommend anyone to stay here as lovely little property and hosts

Warm Cozy B&B

Stayed at the Bordello on a cold winters day in Tombstone. Found it to be a very warm and cozy place with lots of historical pictures and references. A bit of a walk (on a cold day) from historical Tombstone, but a very short drive. Could easily walk it in warmer temperatures. Breakfast options were plentiful and guests' choice. Delicious meal. We found that the wifi service was quite slow, but it would work eventually. Enjoyed our stay.

Fallen Angel

Stayed 2 nights in the Fallen Angels suite. One of two of the original bordello rooms. No ghostly experiences, but loved the patio outside the room. Will and Mary are great hosts...not to mention Bailey and Buddy...2 really sweet dogs. Easy check in and check. Perfect walking distance to the Tombstone attractions. Will and Mary cook up excellent, made to order breakfasts and there are home made cookies in the afternoon. The place felt like staying at grandma's house in the country. Woke up both mornings to the smell of pancakes! Yum! The bordello also offers a jacuzzi and a nice pool. I highly recommend staying here if you truly want to stay in a historic place in Tombstone and convenient enough to walk to town. Will definately be back.
