Overall, the Strasburg Holiday Inn was very good. The bathroom was nice but could have it a bit cleaner, especially the walls and behind the door. The mattress was a bit concave on one side.

Service was great with a breakfast each morning. The negative would the room. The corners were full of dust as well as under the table. The bathroom vents full of dust and some mold in the corners.

A nice place to stay

Very clean lobby, hallways, & rooms, it looked like it had renovations recently. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food. One small thing, we were there in January and the indoor pool was closed for renovations, which I would have used if open. Otherwise our stay there was very good.

The pool alway was very cold never turn the heat on. We went as a family with kid that loves go to the pool 🏊 they tried to use it, but was cold we let the front desk know about it but they didn’t nothing to resolve the problem with the water.. 3 day we stayed without use the pool.

The hotel was wonderful, but we were on the second floor and the people directly above us were up heavily walking a lot during the night. It was awful. Then in the morning people let their children run down the hall talking loudly. This was a respite trip for my husband and I who are 24/7 caregivers of my mother with dementia. We were next to the elevator so we were in the middle of the action. Not at all what we were hoping for and needed.
People when you are in a hotel, remember to be considerate of others…
