Our stay was amazing. Convenient to everything. Room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. Easy parking. Will be staying here again.

Hotel that is okay for a night's sleep but that's about it

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The carpet in the rooms were very dirty with spots and marks on the walls mold in the shower Corners dirt in the bathroom Corners with curtains that were damaged and furniture that was damaged and Furnishings that were worn out. It appeared that the rooms were not very well cleaned and I would not stay here again.

Not a good experience

Sorry for rating this hotel so poorly but it was not a good experience. At check-in time the room was not ready for 30 to 40 minutes later, sat in the lobby. The water was not hot but tepid. It took all evening to find out the water needed to run for 10 to 15 minutes before getting hot. But even then I could take a shower without any cold mixed in it. The next morning the bathroom sink backed up, was clogged. It seems it’s understaffed, needs some maintenance attention and management needs to get excited about managing and helping their employees be happy they work there. Again I’m sorry to give such a bad review because I believe when something is good they should be commended, but when something is not pleasant they need feedback.

It was a nice room. Everything was great besides the shower liner was very dirty with what looked like dried vomit. And the bathroom door didnt latch very well. My kids had a very hard time closing it.

This was a very nice clean place and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone
