A great choice in NYC!

Decided to give the Peninsula NYC a try after reading that their rooms have been updated and for my stay they were offering very competitive pricing. Did not regret this decision. Location is unbeatable, service excellent, the rooms nicely updated, comfortable and immaculate. An upscale experience. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying there again for our next two upcoming trip to NYC.

Great stay at the Peninsula

Our stay at The Peninsula New York was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed. Vicky at check-in was incredibly warm and efficient. Byron at Bell Services stood out as one of the friendliest and most helpful people we’ve encountered—the Peninsula is lucky to have him.
One of the most delightful surprises was how well our puppy was treated. The Peninsula went above and beyond, providing a personalized towel, water bottles, a cozy dog bed, a stuffed toy, and even doggy waste bags. It was clear they genuinely cared about their four-legged guests, which made us feel even more at home.
The room itself was immaculate, with incredibly comfortable beds. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right off 5th Avenue and close to everything we wanted to see and do.
From start to finish, The Peninsula exceeded our expectations. The incredible staff, pet-friendly amenities, and luxurious comfort make it a standout choice. We can’t wait to return!

A perfect stay with outstanding service and comfort

The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable, offering easy access to all the key attractions. What stands out the most, however, is the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Their warmth and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the comfort of the bedding was remarkable—so soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Everything about this place exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located spot with amazing service.
