We stayed in a long size bed. The room was adequate. Pricing was very competitive for the area. I liked that they had such a low cost for parking. The difference between their 3 stars and a 4 star property was at least 100 price difference. The pillows were comfy.
Not the most updated room but it was good and we felt good staying there. Skip the coffee shop breakfast and stick to only their coffee. The food was meh but the coffee was good.

Salvador at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He did all he could to make us comfortable.

The room smelled of cigarettes, so they gave us spray the room and it did not help the smoke smell. The floors and furniture had stains. The toilet had hair on the toilet seat. There were people dressed inappropriately with children staying at the motel. There were people sleeping and hanging out at the corner of the building. Parking was not available on site. Had to have security take you to off-site parking. It did not feel like a safe environment. Had a guest playing music loud at 1am. Called for 2 days. No one answered. Motel charged me an additional amount and the worker at the front desk could not explain why. This was not the customer service or the experience I deserved.

Love the place service was good lobby nice was impressed The hotel around the area and thought that they will have something affordable. The only thing that I see maybe you guys can fix it. Problem was a hot water. It takes forever to get hot and end up, wasting too much water than that. Is a 10
