Hotel was not bad at all. Reason for the negative review is the gentleman at the Check in. He was very unfriendly even from the time we called to inquire about a possible early check in. He needs to have better manners to guest

Stay somewhere else!

Sheets were ripped, comforts were stained, couch cushions were ripped and foam was visible. Mold on the bathroom door. Pull out couch was busted. Collapsed on my husband. Carpet was torn up. Burnt out bulbs in many fixtures. Take you money elsewhere.

Country Inn & Suites - I'm usually a big fan

I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites for a long time and I'm usually very happy with my stays. This hotel was just dated. My biggest concern is that none of the doors to the hotel locked - they were taped so they would not lock - this is a HUGE concern. In today's crazy world, safety is HUGE for me. The bathroom vanity was nice - that's about it. The shower and the shower curtain - not so much. These are super easy fixes - come on hotel owners. A few bucks is the difference between a great and a not-so-great review. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was dingy, the front desk was rather short when asked questions, and it wasn’t the cleanest. For the price it was fine but I wouldn’t stay again.

The man at the front desk was very rude. There was also a woman who answered the phone who was rude. Overall the customer service was terrible. Next time I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else that treats their customers with respect. They offer a shuttle service but it’s shared with another hotel. If you’re flying out of Terminal A, be prepared for a 45 minute trip before getting to the terminal.
