PMC at the Valley Hotel deserves their praise for all the hard work they do! Thank you Rod and Ariell, I’ll see you soon

During my stay at the Valley Hotel in Homewood, I was greeted by Rod Clark with PMC, I believe he is the manager of valet but he definitely didn’t act like one, he welcomed me professionally and made me feel like the hotel was waiting on my arrival. Extended an offer to assist with my luggage, gave me dinner reservations as well as when I saw him the next day he followed up with my meal. Once he left, Ariel was just as helpful. Offered to come help with my luggage, offered bottles of water and made sure I came back to visit. It’s the little things that matter and PMC at the Valley Hotel should be getting their praise because every time I come, I am always greeted by smiling faces like Ms. Annette, and Gene. This time was extra special and I wanted to make sure that Rod and Ariel got their praise, and hopefully a raise!

Gone downhill

This hotel has gone downhill. They are leasing the gym to personal trainers and community members. Gym is in terrible shape and very crowded. At $300 plus a night I expect better. When I expressed concern I was told a lie. Not good at all Won’t stay here again

Great experience

Gene provided excellent service and advice on what and where to go. Terrific personality and conversation. He is a delightful person. Would definitely recommend friends and family to come visit and stay. I will definitely be back again due to the great time i experienced.

Met with warm smile of hospitality by GENO

My stay at Valley Hotel was a great experience because of one person. GENO. He met me even before I got out of my car and welcomed me with a warm smile of hospitality and continued with that hospitality throughout my stay. I needed some extra help with something and he immediately was there to help. As I left, I felt as though I were leaving a friend.

This is a wonderful hotel!!!!!

This is a truly lovely hotel. It was well appointed, clean and the staff is very friendly and competent. This is the kind of experience you would expect for the price. I would stay there again in anytime we are in that city. We need to find more places like this!
