Immaculate property and very welcoming. Extremely comfortable room with top quality furnishings. The annex in which I stayed was very quiet and still had easy access to everything. Pet friendly and made it seamless. This is my third stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, the steakhouse on property was fantastic, probably had the best old-fashioned I’ve ever had. The staff and servers were extremely friendly and did a great job to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Returning customers for 47 years!

Easy access everywhere. Polite and knowledgeable staff. It’s an old place but it’s comfort and reasonably priced. The section we were in across the street was full, but we never heard anything from neighbors next door or on the floor above,

Had to spend one night in Ely. Since it seems a bit older, I did not expect the room to be as nice as it was. I stayed just off the casino, but could not hear it. The front desk was a little hard to find, but the staff was helpful and pleasant.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the best part was the food I got at the bar. The bartender told me the restaurant is "farm to table" and the beef came from 12 miles up the road. I only had a side, which was Brussels sprouts, and they were very good. I can't wait to get back to Ely to try a steak!

Bed was super soft. Not comfortable for me, but could be if you like a soft bed.
