Doing this for the second time. First one was deleted!!!!
Then the female employee wanted to confront me regarding the usage of " ring the room" and "transfer the call." She should not be dealing with the public in any fashion. She was very rude and nasty. This all took place around 6pm on November 23rd. She became flustered and hung up on me.
I contacted Guest Relations and they were absolutely no help at all. The gentleman there hung up on me as well. Why have Guest Relations if they cannot do anything.
Are these the types of people you want representing your brand?
Also why delete my first post? What are you afraid of???
