Best hotel in Carmel, CA

Best hotel experience in Carmel.
We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years.
Great staff. Love the outside courtyard.
Perfect location to walk to everywhere in town.

Our new Shangri-La in Carmel Valley!

My fiancé and I loved this charming little Hotel. The staff was incredible, the morning basket of goodies was a lovely added touch. It’s near the heart of everything thats wonderful about Carmel yet on the outskirts and nice and quiet, and clean! We will go back there again! Thank you, Pam and Jim, and your excellent staff!

The place is clean and cozy. We stayed at one of the cottages across the street, which had a jacuzzi. Breakfast was delivered every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All the attractions of Carmel-by-the-sea are within a walk distance (albeit a bit hilly). Don't expect much "ocean views" from any window.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Carmel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Horizon Inn. We selected an ocean view room, with a king bed and fireplace. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room and the patio was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. The hot tub was clean and well kept. The staff was attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay again!

This property was in a great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the property was very clean. Our only disappointment was that the bed was not comfortable and the small square, flat pillows need to be replaced with regular size pillows. Very uncomfortable.
