Never again...

We didnt get a room at Marriott and thought a Radisson property would be comparable. Not so! First - Google GPS did not find the place. We drove thru other hotel parking lots to get there.
The reception attendants were grumpy, disinterested, and should NEVER be in the hospitality business!
The entire property appeared run down and dirty. And we concur with every negative review posted before ours. But the owners replies stating they'd make sure to attend to deficiencies do absolutely nothing!
Starting with the room door, which stuck badly and didn't close on its own. Nobody seems to dust anything in the room except maybe flat surfaces. But the most disgusting thing was the bathroom! There was mold all over the tub and ceiling. And we didn't even have a bar of hand soap at the sink. Plus there was hair on the really raggedy old towels - the thought how that got there is nausiating. And mirrors and windows were filthy as well.
This property appears to be a cash cow for its owners, charging disproportional rates compared to its value, without reinvesting a dime into maintenance!
And of course we will never stay at a Radisson property again.

It was clean. They do work on maintenance as I seen during my stay. My room had a cabinet door off the hinges and just put up against the wall. A large tear on the drywall on the wall in the bathroom. Having to hold down the handle of the toilet was annoying.
The Breakfast was not appetizing at all. Website states indoor pool which is the main reason choosing that hotel only to find it closed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel needs updates and they had too many strange people walking around the area at night. Parkinf is horrible due to 4 hotels almost sharing the aame parking.

Falling short

Unfortunately we did not have as good experience as we did last time we stayed here. Our first room the toilet kept running on, they transferred us to another room hair dryer didn’t work. Internet kept freezing, 5:40am the garbage truck arrived waking everyone up. Breakfast is from 6:30am - 9:30am we arrived at 8am to find a few scrambled eggs a couple of pieces of bread to make toast, no muffins or bagels, no jam, they said they ran out of meat, cereal was almost empty. We had to go to the front desk to ask for the little food they put out. The lady kept saying her boss didn’t order any food so they ran out. The breakfast area was not clean and the lady looking after it just closed the door and left it in the condition it was in. We will NOT be back

Shopping and restaurant area

Front desk was helpful, toilet in my room ran all night and they tried to fix it but didn't suggest I change rooms. This is probably good for one night but I wouldn't be there longer than 2 Texas Roadhouse is next door. Pillows were kind of flat but the Wi-Fi works okay.
