Beautiful inside and out !

We were in the area visiting family and wanted to stay on the ocean for a little atmosphere. This hotel was very conveniently located for our purposes and we found it to be clean and the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and the bed was more comfortable than most in our opinion, the bath was clean but a little on the small side. We did not have time to use many of the amenities so we can’t comment on those but we would not hesitate to book another stay or recommend them to a friend.

One Ocean Staycation

From the moment we got there, the valet staff was extremely helpful helping us get our bikes off our truck and getting them secured in the hotel. The front desk staff was amazing. The hotel is very beautiful and has a lot to offer! The bartenders are awesome and make you feel welcome!

Fabulous Hotel

What a gem of a property right at the beach! So close to dining and entertainment, the front desk staff are amazing, the facilities and rooms are beautiful and comfortable and Azurea, the restaurant, is outstanding. I stayed personally this time but previously stayed for business and am so impressed at the high level of service

Wildcat Reunion

This was the first time going to One Ocean for me. I was so impressed by Shannon at the front desk, she was awesome! Very engaging and informative. The hotel was lovely, clean and well appointed. It had all the amenities anyone could want for a very reasonable price in a great location. I will be sure to go back!

Go for the Spa, restaurant and Bar. Stay somewhere else. Very disappointing

First; the Staff was amazing. We were excited to spend a few days at the beach. However; for the price, here’s our issues.
Rooms are tiny. Not even a real closet. So small that only one side of the King bed had a nightstand. So where do you put your water and phone, one the floor??
We only stayed 2 nights. Came back around 5pm the following day and the room had not even been serviced. Parking was ridiculous expensive it’s Valet only.
For the money you spend; I just don’t think they put out the value. I’m lifetime Titanium with Marriott; One Ocean should learn from them.
