Best service!!

This is our fourth year staying at this location during the month of January. My parents fly in from Florida and we celebrate my daughter's birthday every year. Because of the snowstorm, my daughter's party was canceled and they allowed us to set up everything in the pool area and it really saved the day!
Nya and much of the front desk staff went above and beyond to help accommodate us during the bad weather.
This hotel is super clean, as a fantastic breakfast, and I would recommend to all ❤️

MJ is AMAZING!

This is a great Hilton property. Especially the staff, they truly make you feel like family and go above and beyond for you. Mary Jane (MJ) at the breakfast station is phenomenal and so customer service oriented.
The young lady at the front desk was great too. Very friendly

I checked in late in the evening and wanted to take a shower and sleep so i could leave at 7am. The water pressure was very low in the shower but that point, not much i could do. I think the shuttle driver was manning the front desk because when i told him about the water situation, he basically said "sorry about that". Then the receptionist came, i told her the situation. She said she couldnt do anything either. I ended up leaving.
