Mr Surender was lovely , very professional , beautiful room , everything is great and I recommend this Pension .
Full of very interesting city indications, I really enjoyed my stay , the team is very responsive and professional.
All the staff are very attentive.

105 A Drafty, Noisy Room

We stayed in a twin room No 105 first floor.. on Friday 7th Feb for one night... had it been more nights, we would need to have moved rooms.. due to noise, draft, and cold..
First impressions were ok, but cleanliness / deep cleaning was poor / lacking.. skirting boards were dusty & dirty, orange juice spilt down wall from previous guest.. bathroom needs a lick of paint etc..
The single beds were very bouncy and soft, not very comfy for me.
The one heater in the room was ok as it worked and got hot, but as the inadequate windows let a really bad draft/cold in so it really could not warm the room well.. Secondary glazing is required!! And this would help the horrendous noise from the multitude of air con unit fans sat outside the window...
They dont stop running and offer a horrible humming noise All Night!
We tried to block out the noise and cold draft from the window with the heavy curtains but that didnt work.. remember its February so it was freezing!
We didn't have breakfast, as we wanted to eat out, so room cost £99 for a cold & noisy night.. advised reception of its problems on check out.. their reply was we will log it!! I bet they dont?.. it should be noted on check in that the room is noisy at the minimum so guests have a choice, plus it should be a cheaper room if you are willing to stay there.. it was not!
The idea of a hotel is to get a nights sleep afterall?
My advice to the hotel is that if a room receives a complaint a manager should go sleep in it for one night and test it out!!
We wont return.. sorry!

i do not recommend!

we were in a hotel with children and friends and a friendly dog, on the first evening at about 9pm 27th February 2025 a hotel employee man (William or Will) came to our room and pointed out that the children were talking loudly and the dog was barking, the dog only barked when he entered the room, he came several times before the night silence, he started shouting at us and threatening the police when I said that the children were playing and that's why they sometimes talk louder and it wasn't the night silent still, he threatened us that he would throw us out of the hotel and call the police... we were very disappointed as this man was really Angry and shouting, he stayed on the corridor and listened us behind the door! That’s was horrible and he ruined our weekend!

Poor customer service

I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a group in business. I was in a rush upon checking out and so left a few items in my room. I contacted the hotel a couple of days later regarding these left items. It took them over a week to get back to me regarding this issue, and they told me that the items were not found. As I am fairly certain that these items were left in the room they either not through enough in checking the room or the items had vanished between my checking out and the room being inspected. Either way, do not stay here if you value your possessions or fast customer service.

Great stay

Great hotel. The bed is a little hard and uncomfortable, though. Was not made aware of the £30 deposit. However, it wasn't a problem (just make sure you have £30 in cash or on your card when you check in). The bathroom is amazing. You are provided with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very clean, staff are very friendly too. 15-minute walk to the centre.
