Wonderful customer service

We visited the 'Down the rabbit hole' experience yesterday, and it was fab!!
I'm a support worker and we took the young man we support here, the staff went above and beyond to make sure he had the best time. They asked all the right questions, showed me around first so I could talk though what was happening, they interacted with us in the best ways he needed! They really really looked after us and supported us, supporting him! They made the whole experience that much more accessable to someone with additional needs. And he had a great time!
If I wasn't on a support workers wages, I'd book a visit to the hotel/spa in a heartbeat thanks to this interaction! I wish I got the name of the person I was dealing with yesterday, because she deserves some real recognition for excellent customer service! Thanks again!! Heather! X

fabulous, relaxed, stress free.

the best in every aspect. everything you could wish for. lovely healthy food options, cakes, drinks, snacks. swim, jacuzzi, different saunas, outdoor pool, indoor pool, lounges, balconies, craft rooms, everything. i can't wait to book ny next trip here, a time warp of loveliness.

Stunning views

A fabulous homely hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. The highlight was the incredible view from our room and the sunset!
The o g restaurant was a wonderful experience with attentive staff and again a fabulous view. I love the fact that the hotel showcases local produce.
The location is perfect as you can walk to the beach and have access to the south west coast path.
Overall, I would not hesitate to make another booking but definitely want a longer stay!

Perfect treat!

As a long term visitor to Bedruthan, I can’t recommend it enough! The location is amazing and the people are outstanding - no one is too busy to help and everyone is happy for a chat making a stay here so warm and relaxing. The food was excellent with generous portion sizes. The spa has everything you need and again, the people working here are just lovely. Over the years it feels some of the trimmings have been taken away, possibly cost savings which has taken a tiny bit of the lustre but it wouldn’t stop me visiting again. Definitely a treat that needs budgeting for but totally worth it and not as big a budget is needed as the Scarlet down the road (which we’ve also visited!). Both wonderful. Great that kids and dogs can stay. The view and the people are the winners here for me!
