Good location

Right next to a large shopping mall. Some good restaurants about 10 minutes away by walking. Room was huge and modern and the club lounge wasn't crowded. Breakfast was ok, nothing extravagant. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a romantic week in this top class hotel
All personnel is very friendly and helpful.
The spa area is top notch, the VIP massage was very relaxing, the wine could be a bit more

The person who carried the luggage asking for money to provide services such as breakfast et, in the lobby hall and elevator.

Immediate Attention Required: Disturbing Experience at Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt

As a Gold Member of Marriott Bonvoy and a frequent traveler, I had high expectations for my stay at Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt, but I am deeply disappointed by the level of service.
Issues Encountered:
Delayed Housekeeping: I requested cleaning services multiple times, and it took over two hours for the team to respond. When they finally arrived, the cleaning was inadequate, with amenities not replenished.
Ignored Requests: I called the reception five times asking for a simple napkin box, yet my requests were completely overlooked.
Inadequate Management Response: While I received communication from the Guest Relations Manager, the offer of snacks as a remedy for such poor service was trivial and insulting.
These issues reflect a serious lack of leadership and training at this location. I do not blame the staff, as they are following management protocols. It’s clear that a review of management practices and staff training is urgently needed.
I hope to see these issues rectified before I check out, as I would like to change my opinion about this hotel. If improvements are made, I’ll be more than willing to update my review. Sheraton has the potential to provide a much better experience for its guests.

Prefer Istanbul on the European side

Overall clean and tidy, the staff is polite and helpful with any matter. The hotel is new and modern. Everything you need in the room is provided. Breakfast offers all kinds of food. As a fruit, it can increase variety. The Executive lounge is spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for work trips.
