Aesthetic hotel but loud music ALL night

Starting with positives:
The location is right in the centre of Chaweng so perfect for getting around. The hostel is also v aesthetic, both in the shared spaces & in our private room. There was also happy hour every night we were there making for v good value cocktails.
However, for us the negatives out weighed the positives:
The atmosphere was pretty much non-existent, on first glanced it looked liked events were being organised (advertising on signs ect) however in the 4 nights we were there we didn’t see any obvious event, except the foam party which involved one man in the pool with a few bubbles!
Additionally the biggest cons for us was that due to the hostel location (near clubs & bars ect) meant we had very loud bass music playing from 11-6:30am making it difficult to sleep.
Overall although the decor is nice, the lack of sleep & atmosphere meant we wouldn’t stay here again.

All calls and messages ignored - do not book here!!

Absolutely do not book with this hostel! We booked with Socialtel before coming out to Thailand and accidentally booked the wrong dates - one month too early ( our fault I know). We contacted Socialtel through message on hostel world about this and they told us hostel world would have to make the changes. We then contacted hostel world who informed us only Socialtel themselves can make this change due to the trip being non refundable. Since trying to get back in touch with Socialtel for this they have ignored all messages and calls we have made to them - seems they are trying to keep our money without helping us re schedule as the original booking date is coming up today . With no other way to contact the hostel it looks like we will have to lose all of the money we payed for this hostel - terrible customer service!!

It’s so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I enjoyed my stay, made new friends and had fun. The rooms get cleaned everyday and this place is close to everything or everywhere I wanted to go

Great location near lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Very modern room with large smart tv. Comfy bed, spotless and spacious. Lots going on in the hostel. Pool table, ping pong, games, dj etc. I’m not downside is the noise coming from all the bars nearby. Thumping bass til gone 3am. Luckily I’m a deep sleeper! Despite this would definitely stay in this room again for the price.
