Complimentary scheduled speedboat transfer is valid on the date of check-in and the date of check-out only. Guests transferring to another hotel for their second night will forfeit this benefit. Similarly, guests arriving a day before their check-in date cannot use the boat transfer in advance. For safety reasons, boats are not operated at night. The Racha will be happy to assist guests in making alternative arrangements for overnight stay in Phuket in the event of late arriving flights or delays, but will not be financially responsible. The safety of guests is paramount and in the event of unsafe adverse sea conditions. The Racha may temporarily cease boat transfers until weather conditions improve. Every effort will be made to assist guests with alternative arrangements until the situation is considered safe for boat transfers to operate. Boat Transfer Schedule : From Chalong Pier to The Racha (Racha Yai Island) : 11:30 am./13:00pm./ 16:00pm.From The Racha (Racha Yai Island) to Chalong Pier: 08:00 am./11:00am./15:00 pm.The 11:30am, 4pm scheduled boat from Chalong pier to The Racha and 8am, 3pm scheduled boat from The Racha to Chalong pier is limited to 20 seats and subject to seat availability only.Transfers: The estimated travelling time is 1 to 1.5 hours from Phuket International Airport to Chalong Pier and 30-40 minutes to The Racha by speedboat. The travelling time may vary and is subject to traffic and weather conditions.-Boat seat need to be bookded in advance at least 24 hr. before arrival to ensure availability, please contact Hotel‘s Reservation staff to reserve boat seat.-Appointment venue is The Racha Chalong Lounge (next to pier parking lot) Kindly book the boat seat in advance at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure availability.
