The private island villa with 360 panoramic sea views, free speedboat transfer services from the charter. The room was perfect and cozy with in room bathtub. Overall service was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice enough resort, but it’s absolutely not 5 star. The service in bars and restaurants could be extremely slow at times, and there are clearly not enough staff.

The Hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there is almost no space for Clothes storage or a cupboard. The surroundings are very green and kept in a good shape. The staff was very friendly, but not very attentive. Tables in the restaurant where not cleared and cleanded up to an hour for new guests. Overall it was a nice stay, whereas I would rate the Hotel max. 4 Stars, with prices of a 5 Star hotel.

Hotel is located on the island and guests need to take hotel’s shuttle speed boat to get to Coconut island. The pick-up pier for guests is now at Boat Lagoon Pier. The speed boat booking must be made 3 days in advance via rsvn@isescape.com or +66 76 643 643 and seats are subject to availability for safety purposes. From Boat Lagoon Pier to Island Escape by Burasari (Announced for operation from 15 November 2022 onwards) departs at 10.00 hrs., 11.30 hrs., 14.00 hrs. and 16.00 hrs. while from the resort to the pier will depart at 10.45 hrs., 12.30 hrs., 15.00 hrs. and 17.30 hrs.. Apart from the complimentary resort scheduled speed boat transfer, guests must to book the private boat and guest’s own expense. For more information please contact to hotel directly.
