An excellent peaceful five days
An excellent five days at this resort. We had just come from a 5 star beach resort so this probably doesn’t help my thoughts on this place however it was a great stay and for the price great value. I don’t really have any negatives to say it’s just abit rough around the edges for example some missing tiles on the side of the main pool, on our private pool the wood was loose on the patio and it could do with a lick of paint/some new covers on the sofa inside the living room(lots of stains on it from guests who obviously don’t look after things) apart from that the bedroom was lovely and modern as was the bathroom the cleaners did a great job cleaning the room. The aircon was brilliant two huge TVs in both rooms with Netflix ect and the internet was also fab we managed to stream football with no issues. The breakfast was amazing getting to choose what you want delivering to your room every day with the latest time 10:30am which I thought was brilliant. There is a newer building in this hotel where I can imagine things are newer however this block does not have the private pool rooms. All in all a fantastic stay for the price you cannot go wrong. A nice quiet laid back resort there was a lot of times of the day when we opened the gates from our patio to go into the main pool that no body was in there and we got it to ourselves. Nothing around really within walking distance however very cheap to get a taxi using grab or bolt and in the day time staff will take you to the 7/11 in the tuk tuk for supplies. Food panda also offers very good delivery service of food if you want to stay in.

May not write the truth
OK, since I'm not allowed to write what I experienced, I'll just leave it. I can't say whether I was satisfied or not, which is a shame. I'm also not allowed to show the photo of the dead cocoa, other people might not find it so great either. I won't write anything else here, because if I write what we experienced, I'll have to correct it. What a shame

A lovely property with nice large pools But was a bit remote with or without transport

Mixed review: not good easy location
Mixed experience.
- hotel is new and nicely designed. Room is spacious and quite well equipped
- not great location. Uneasy access to the hotel. Deep in gravel soi with wild dogs. The hotel seems to have two wild dogs just right at the entrance that they don’t seem to do anything about them.
- shuttle is weird timing and not that easy to request to use.
- Room wall is too thin
- pool access is not our thing we realised. Not much privacy and too loud with other guests passing your terrace.
- breakfast is à la carte and served at your room. We asked them to serve at 8.30 but all three days they came 15 mins early.
- many choices to choose from but we can choose one. The taste was ok but not a generous serving. Not impressed with coffee as well. No refill for the breakfast.
- the shower is not well designed. Water always seep from the glass door into the room

- Dogs near the resort have been moved to other place by pet control team.
- Shuttle car is free of charge to/from the beach and nearby location. We recommend call us 15 min earlier.
- Room has been designed properly. Guest stay in the adjoining pool access room and sometime nooise can be heard if it is very loud. We recommend Villa Type for more private and zero noise.
- For breakfast, we have to apologize for early serving schedule time. We will inform the kitchen team to be punctual.
- For breakfast, we let guest decide during check in and serve private in their own room. However, guest can change their selection anytime before serving day. Also, we are not buffet time of breakfast. We are sorry for this matter.
- The water pressure is very strong to make guest feel comfortable when they taking rainshower. Sometime if shower for long period of time, water may come out of the shower room but very little. No complain as yet about shower design room.
