Excellent hotel......well recommended
I came with my wife and 8 month old granddaughter and we booked a suite which had a separate lounge and bedroom.It only cost 1500 baht and would cost probably three times that in a touristy place.
The suite was very comfortable and clean and also had a large bathroom.There was a TV in both the lounge and bedroom and an electric kettle if you wanted a coffee.The bed was very comfortable,also.
The hotel is very modern,quiet and clean (probably about 2 years old) and also has rooms at 600 and 700 baht,which I think would be good too.
The staff were very nice and this hotel is well recommended.
It has a restaurant (but we didnt try it) but no swimming pool.
Its handily placed for the university (about 2km away) or you can cut through and walk there in under 20 minutes.
The centre of Maha Sarakham is about 4km away,though,so you will need your own transport for getting around.
Maha Sarakham certainly appears to be a town on the up with a good selection of restaurants and bars and the Sermthai Complex,near the university,has a cinema and places like Starbucks,Fuji and Pizza Co. as well as shopping in Tesco Lotus and the complex itself.

まだ新しいホテルなので建物全てがきれいです。正直、この値段でこのサービスはすごいと思いました。お得感満載でリピート決定です。
Front Desk：英語が通じます。カップラーメンなどの軽食なども売ってます。
Hotel charge：ダブルベッドの部屋だと1泊600THBでした。公式HPからも予約可能です。クレジットカード払いは可能ですが、3%の手数料が取られます。(VISA,MasterCard,JCBは使用可)
Room:すごい清潔感があってきれいでした。机はもちろんコンセントもたくさんあります。あとケトルが部屋に付いてるのでお湯も沸かせます。水は2本、インスタントコーヒーもありました。部屋に置いてあるドリンク類はFreeです。部屋の掃除はチップは必要ないみたいです。ハンガーは2，3個付いてました。
ホテルの裏が畑なので比較的静かな環境だと思います。
Washroom&Shower room：洗面所とシャワールームはシャワーカーテンで仕切られてました。スペースは十分あって使いやすかったです。お湯もすぐ出ます。シャワーは固定ではないので、使いやすかったです。水圧は渇水の地域にしては出る方ではないでしょうか…。シャンプーとシャワージェルはありました。アメニティは綿棒、シャワーキャップ、石鹸が付いてます。
Laundry service：滞在中、これが一番助かりました。たぶん1着20THBでした。
Location：大通りを挟んでMaha Sarakham Universityのキャンパスがあるので、徒歩10分圏内にナイトマーケット、ガソリンスタンド、セブンイレブン、ダイソー、カフェ、ハンバーガーショップ、本屋がありました。車で5分のところで大きいスーパーマーケット(BigC)があり、中には銀行、カメラショップ、フードコード、KFC、ミスドなどもあります。
中心街からはだいぶ離れているので車がないと不便かも。
あと大通りから、ホテルに続く横道に入るための看板がタイ語で書かれたものしかないので、事前に場所を調べておくことをオススメしておきます。

โรงแรมดูเปิดมานานแต่ดูแลรักษาอย่างดี ดูใหม่สะอาด พนักงานดูแลเอาใจใส่ดีมาก
โรงแรมอยู่ติดถนนใหญ่มีลานจอดรถ แต่เหมือนปักมุดใน google map จะผิดพาเข้าไปในซอย4แยกโรงแรมไม่มีทางเข็นกระเป๋าลาก มีลิฟท์ ห้องกว้าง สะอาด ผ้าห่มหนา ที่พักจองกับAgoda ไปไม่รวมอาหารเช้า จำไม่ได้แล้วว่าต้องเพิ่มกี่บาท ห้องที่ได้วิวทุ่งนา
