Close to beach which makes it ideal to stay. Had a nice time staying there. Friendly staff, friendly service.

Not very happy

To the wharf drive about 1.5 hours, by boat 10 minutes, arrived to the beach, which is small very with a limited number of sunbeds, there was a high tide and sunbeds all in the water, if you go to other beaches, then you cannot accommodate, as they are only for a number of standing hotels, if you go on the island for a tour, you need to pay 300 baht extra per person, took without food, there are many cafes nearby, when going into the sea many stones, a little disappointed by the trip.

The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright.
The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice.
All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

My stay in Ban Phe was nothing short of excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable space to unwind. The hotel's staff provided exceptional service, catering to my requests promptly.
