Unpleasant experience!

I forgot a dress in the room and they told me that they did not find it !very unpleasant experience,I had never happened .. despite my stay was pleasant,I have to give a negative judgment because they betrayed the trust of a customer .

Dirty structure, owner not present, rude and unprofessional

Upon arrival it seemed promising with self check-in but I had agreed with the owner to pay at the property, who told me that it was not possible, or at least that he had to charge me one night from the credit card, consequently I load the card for one night and then I agree with him on when or how to find us to pay the rest, and the latter tells me that there was only at certain times and without saying anything charges me everything creating me not indifferent mess with the bank, also on the last night there were not one but 2 cockroaches inside the room which greatly lowers my Rating on the cleanliness of the room as other reviews on this platform testify.
Experience that I do not Recommendation and never repeat!

Unsafe and unprofessional hotel

I booked a room that was not cleaned properly which resulted in stepping in a piece of glass. The hotel did not have a first aid kit, and called an ambulance without my request - and although I specifically requested no ambulance, the hotel forced the invoice on to me. Additionally, although the hotel apologized and told me they would not charge it, they did in fact charged an extra day on my creditcard. They never answered any emails or the phone anymore. This hotel is a con.

Close to beach

Weird way of checking in, you get a text with a door code. No people! It is listed as a B&B but you do not get any breakfast on site. You can go to their sister hotel or try and find somewhere in the local area.
I needed extra pillows but the whats app I used previously apparently does not get read after a certain time. I was told I should have called the emergency number but I did not consider it an emergency!
The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfy. Bathroom well equipped. There was a coffee machine with one single pod each.
You can walk to the beach from the hotel.
