Quality hotel
A new hotel completely renovated. Very friendly staff and very nice everything. Very commodap and comfortable rooms breakfast is very good. And the facilities and the room with everything very new. I recommend it. It has a gym for anyone and a swimming pool in the works

Not really it
It took forever to get checked in as their system was running slow but Arturo was very patient and nice to us. Our superior room on the 5th floor was nice and spacious, but there was little to none storage space in the bathroom. You can tell the rooms have been renovated but they must have been in a rush cause there was paint splattered here and there.
Lounge and reception area is very clean and inviting.
The ladies working the front desk could need some training, as I asked some very basic tourist questions like where I can catch the bus to Bioparc and they just said "I don´t know" and seemed very annoyed that I even approached them.
Unfortunately we were not happy with the breakfast. Lots of different options but alot of the things had little to no taste. I ended up just eating fresh fruit.
Cold pancakes and donuts,the butter was ice cold so the bread would break.
We couldn´t find any salt or pepper, we asked for it one morning and it took forever for them to bring it. The next day, same thing, no salt or pepper. I´d like some salt on my eggs and tomatoes, please..
The smell mentioned in earlier reviews is definitely a problem. On our last two days it smelled very bad in our rooms and outside in the lobby area.Not so pleasant and needs to be fixed ASAP.
We took a look at the Skybar area and the view is amazing but opening hours are a bit odd, so check it out before heading over.
Cleaning of the rooms was pretty good, but we didn´t like that the cleaning lady walked right into our room without knocking, we still had 30 min left to check out and we were rushing to pack everything.
It´s located a 20 minute walk from Valencia city and has a good mall next to it, as well as metro station.
Please be aware there is a small park nearby the hotel that should be avoided during dark hours.
We would consider coming back, when the smell and the breakfast has improved.

The hotel is brand new and nicely designed. Very conveniently located near a shopping center and multiple transportation options. Personnel is nice and professional, definitely recommend. The nearby parking is convenient but quite pricey (as it is for parnings in valencia in general)

Comfortable stay in new hotel and a great location to ditch the car and explore the city. Went during Las Fallas, would be nice if they had ear plugs for the early days and you can definitely tell there was a party in our room prior with the glitter on the sink…

Slow check in process. Not told about complimentary water available on different floor. Very disappointing breakfast. Cooked buffet food not hot and overcooked due to excessive time on display.
