Delicious food & friendly staff
The manager of the hotel a very friendly person was all the time with guests checking if everything is fine. He communicated in many languages and took care of all guests all the time. There was a variety of delicious food all the time. Staff were also very friendly.

Bad experience at Hotel Htop Platja Park
As a couple we stayed 6 days in September at this hotel .
Who wants a clean room,bathroom, toilet and enjoying the holiday and not to stay on the queue for dinner, this hotel is NOT for you.
The toilet I found very dirty even from the first day, very disgusting.
The room was very dirty, totally miserable.I mentioned it at the receptionist 2 times,nothing happened.
We received just apologies.
The dirty is not acceptable.It about our health.
The second day,the lady cleaner (I don't know her name) told me that she cleaned it.When I enteredin the bathroom,the dirty was the same there everywhere.I wanted to show her the dirty ,where to clean.She replied that it cannot be cleaned.I was very surprised for the answer.
We are not a demanding persons, but there must be a minimum of cleanliness. Even if things are old, they must be cleaned well.
Although the time for dinner was very late at 7.30, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the restaurant to open.
Also the food wasn't too diversified,sure the food in restaurant wasn't for class 4 stars hotel.
In the restaurant, when the ladies wiped the tables, they threw the dirt from the table on the floor,very unpleasant like that.
Just a good thing we found that they have white sheets and towels.
We went in many holidays at hotels in Europe, but we have never encountered such poor food and dirty room at a 4-star hotel.
This was our bad experience and true about this hotel. We choose to paid for 4-stars hotel for better condition ,but wasn't it.
This hotel is of low quality and we don't know how this hotel maintains 4 stars?!
