Relaxing and gastronomic weekend

Good size hotel room on the first floor, incl. useful bathroom good shower. Views are spectacular. Comfortable beds. Tea and coffee and kettle in room. very quiet rooms.
Soft lighting. decor in hotel very pleasent. Good breakfast , coffee from machines not the best. Staff kind and polite. Spa sadly not open on Sunday afternoons, not even for hotel guests. Walking distance to town with lots of steps. very good situation.

Very modern hotel, room has good amenities and value for money. Also this is the 1st Spanish hotel I have seen with a kettle in the room!

Comfortable room with magnificent views

Location on top of the village providing magnificent views. It has parking, but there is a parking area in front of the hotel spacious and free. The hotel is spacious, clean. Large rooms with comfortable beds and good views. Spacious and well distributed bathroom. Japanese style toilet. It has a spa and a small but well-equipped gym. The service staff is very nice.
As it was black week the room cost us 59€.

A sterile hotel with zero atmosphere

Terrible hotel, awful breakfast with soggy bacon and eggs soaked in grease! Tinned fruit and Coco pops and cornflakes the only cereal choices! Dinner menu is just as bad and food was bland. Staff are clearly not trained in customer service and we were very aware from the outset we weren't their priority and we felt more of a hindrance.
They decor is clinical and lighting is awful, so bright. No mood or atmosphere. We stayed 2 nights and wanted to check out after one! We decided not to as we would lose money having already paid! Otherwise we'd have moved on as quickly as possible. Awful spot with no decent restaurants nearby and both to really see apart from the view which is not worth it considering everything.

This hotel is rated 4 star and yes it may have to look and cleanliness of a 4 star hotel but it is at best a 2 star on service and guest relations, very clean almost clinical! Bad lighting, zero mood lighting at dinner, felt like eating in a shopping mall! Staff not attentive enough! We stayed in guest houses that were 2 star that gave better customer service, breakfast was awful, very limited and soggy bacon and fried eggs full of grease, 2 choices of cereal! 1 tiny jug of milk for a room full of people, I kept having to ask for it to be refilled! Took forever when u asked for anything. Bus tours stop here for breakfast making it very busy and regular customers forgotten about! I wouldn't recommend this hotel, staff inattentive and lacking in real customer service, soulless compared to the other lovely place we have stayed on our trip.
