A wonderful hotel with

Where do I start! What a wonderful surprise and experience this hotel was. Starting from the minute I arrived. The staff are incredible. They are so genuine and made me feel very welcome. As a seasoned traveller I am used to staff being friendly then asking me to do a review on trip advisor making it seem somewhat fake, however the whole team from the Quincy left me with the impression that they are a great team who work well together and really do want to make sure the stay is a good one. The location is a short walk to Orchard Road. Breakfast is small but has several choices of a hot breakfast even smashed avocado on toast! and fresh fruit, toast Danish pastries croissants and eggs done any way you choose (but no tomato ketchup which was a bit of a bummer for an addict like me). There is a fridge with complimentary refreshments and nuts and pretzels throughout the day. My room 804 was clean and bright with a comfortable bed crisp sheets and a choice of different types of pillows, and a window seat to look out the window. The bathroom has a bath and a shower with Kevin Murphy products. In terms of value for money this hotel is unbelievably good Special mentions must be made to Sharvin, Tzu ( I may have the spelling wrong but pronounced sue and works the night shift), Cheryl Yao and Michelle (who makes a mean Margaritta and well just all of the team if I've forgotten any. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Keep doing what you are doing because its perfect! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back :)

Disappointing stay

I had high hopes for Quincy Hotel Singapore, but my stay was a complete disappointment. The biggest issue was the air conditioning—it just wouldn’t cool the room, no matter how many times I adjusted the thermostat. I contacted the front desk twice, and both times, they acknowledged the problem but did absolutely nothing to resolve it. No one came to fix it, and they didn’t even offer to change my room. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care at all.
What made things worse was the complete lack of effort to make things right. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, and there was no offer of compensation, even though I was left uncomfortable throughout my stay. It was just a “sorry, that’s all we can do” response.
For a hotel that claims to be of a high standard, I expected far better customer service and attention to basic comforts. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I will not be returning. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about your comfort, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Totally recommend

Very comfortable stay. Comfy bed and good linen. Very quiet street. Plesent pool on 12th floor. Good breakfast and snacks.
I would love to come back after little refresh of the rooms. Its very clean but you can see it's been a while since last refurbishment.

Perfect stopover following cruise

We were lucky to have been booked into the Quincy Hotel post cruise for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived until check out we were impressed with how attentive and professional staff were , in particular Ajun.
On arrival our room was not ready however we were looked after well and following a short walk to orchard road shopping area we returned to the hotel and were able to use the leisure facilities on the 12th floor. Lovely pool area which was shaded, loungers towels all available. There is also a small gym sauna and steam room.
Rooms were beautiful modern and functional. The hotel had left a lovely card with best wishes for my retirement with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates
We did not book breakfast however there are snacks water tea coffee and juices which you can help yourself to throughout the day and night .
As our check out was not until 5pm we left our luggage in reception but managed to utilise the lockers in the gym area where we returned late in the afternoon to shower and change before heading for the airport . Perfect
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Singapore either for a few nights or longer stay.

Wonderful stay at Quincy Hotel

Our stay at Quincy Hotel Singapore was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help, making the experience warm and welcoming.
A major highlight was the post-checkout perk—guests can still use the lounge with complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks, which is perfect for those with late departures. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
A couple of things to note: the hotel is not licensed, and the nearest public transport is a 16-minute walk away. However, the outstanding service and thoughtful amenities more than make up for it. I’d happily stay here again!
