All rooms cannot be used for wedding, party, or commercial shooting purposes. Thank you for your understanding. We request that you present a valid identification card or document upon arrival. A refundable deposit of SGD200 per room per night will be collected upon check-in, and the remaining amount that’s unutilized will be returned upon check-out. Deposits can be paid by cash or any major credit card that is registered under your name. Debit cards and traveller's cheques are unfortunately not accepted. All early check-in and late check-out request will be subject to availability upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, in selected public areas and within the nature reserve. Guests are permitted to smoke in the corridors of the Ground Floor rooms and in the driveway only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking is not permitted on balconies or terraces of rooms on the upper floors. Should a guest smoke inside their room, they will subject to a cleaning fee of SGD 500.00 plus one nights room charge at the prevailing rate. Please be kind enough to respect this agreement. *Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal).
