According to government policy and social customs in Saudi Arabia, marriage certificate need to be provided upon check in if a male and female shares a room. Non-Muslims may enter Medina, but must keep distance from the Al-Masjid al-Nabawi. Please note to check with hotelif they accept non-muslim guests.
