Excellent location and value for money

Good location being a 10 minute short walk to the lifts near car park P9 to get into the old city. Excellent safe off road parking. The owner lives nearby and has baked us a cake for arrival. The apartment was very clean and there was a stocked fridge for breakfast. Would recommend for those wanting to be able to eat out and also have a meal in. A gem of a place for our 5 night stay in San Marino. Good shower!

Splendido weekend con Giornate Medievali

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo appartamentino carinissimo, molto pulito e accogliente, dove ti senti veramente come a casa. A 10 minuti di passeggiata dal parcheggio multipiano dove si trovano le ascensori che salgono al centro storico. E per finire l'accoglienza e la gentilezza della proprietaria, la signora Paola, sono ineguagliabili. Consigliatissimo!!! Sarà sempre il nostro punto di riferimento a San Marino.

Non un semplice appartamento ma una suite...

Sono stato con la mia ragazza due notti in questo residence alla fine di marzo,la cortesia con cui ci ha accolto Paola è stata ottima,ci ha messo subito a nostro agio,ci ha mostrato il nostro appartamento e dire che è bellissimo è dir poco...Se non ricordo male il nome dell'appartamento era "andrea"tutto nuovissimo,tante pietre in vista,colori delle pareti studiati per bene,tv 70pollici o forse di più con sky annesso,una bellissima doccia,cucina,frigo con bevande di benvenuto comprese nel prezzo,una torta di benvenuto fatta in casa e un bellissimo cesto per la colazione...La camera da letto è molto spaziosa ed ha una super cabina armadio,nonchè un bel balcone...L'appartamento è vicino agli ascensori che portano nel centro storico di San Marino ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 15min.un po in salita...Noi ci siamo trovati da dio rapporto qualità/prezzo/gentilezza veramente super,lo consigliamo alla grande...
