The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English.
If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time.
You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that.
They know the town of Coron, and local area well.
There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay.
Wi-Fi here is not great, but you don't go to Palawan to stay in all the time.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. Big thanks to them!

Very basic, needs a lot of work

Accommodations are basic — you get a small room with a double bed (we were assigned to room 10), AC, a private bathroom, an office table, and a tiny mirror. I’d like to stress though that apart from the bed, which gave us a rather comfortable sleep, everything else needed a lot of work in terms of design, especially how it affects the functionality of the room:
We didn’t like the placement of the shower, which was directly in front of a large window, so this meant whoever was in the lot outside could see you showering. What we did was we removed the curtain from the inner window and placed it on the bathroom window (with difficulty, as there was no curtain rod on the bathroom window). There were also at least two signs in the bathroom saying we shouldn’t flush toilet paper into the toilet bowl, but the lone trash can in the room was placed in the bedroom so we had to transfer that beside the toilet too. Water pressure on the tap was strong, but really weak on the shower. Also, we would have appreciated basic provision for hanging wet clothes on (there was absolutely nothing!!). We had to hang our wet stuff on weird places, including the headboard and on doorknobs. Seeing as most tourists do island hopping in Coron and come home with wet clothes, placing hanging racks should have been a no-brainer. They can also replace the office table (which is frankly such a weird choice of furniture) with maybe an open (wall-mount) closet design where we can hang clothes, and maybe a smaller (wall-mount) surface for placing stuff on so the rest of the room’s bottom space can be used for bags (we only brought carry-on bags, but we barely had space with that humongous table hogging what remained of the floor area).
They also serve breakfast rather strictly from 7:30 am to 9 am (if you’re going on a tour that departs early, forget about requesting to have breakfast earlier because the guy manning the reception in the evenings to early mornings, Bobby, seems to have a real issue with it). He vehemently explains that their cook doesn’t come in until 7:30 so. you. cannot. have. your. breakfast. earlier. Also, serving time is very slow. Of the four days we were there, we were only able to have breakfast there twice.
There is wifi in the room, although it is (expectedly for Coron) slow.
I will not stay here again, although their saving grace would be they had the nicest boatmen who took really good care of us during our two-day island hopping trip. They do have their private boat and we opted for a private tour, and everything in that respect went smoothly.

The room smells soiled. They don't have spare keys of the rooms. The shower is not useable because of the flow of water. And poor knowledge of tours and pick up time

Good hotel, not too far from the city.
They offer you some breakfast options. WiFi is good but not stable.
Amazing thing is that there is water dispenser in the lobby and you can use it complimentary.
They offer laundry service too and it’s super quick.
The room is basic but more then enough cos you will never be there except for sleeping. Bad thing for us was the the air con was super loud so couldn’t really sleep with it turned on.

Really disappointing

We used booking.com to book this hotel and booked a room with a shower. When we were shown into room 10 there was a sink, a toilet and a tap at waist height. We complained and said we’d paid for a shower so got moved to room 12.
Room 12 did have a shower in the bathroom, however the window in the bathroom was right in front of the shower and had no curtain or blind. So whenever I had a shower I was naked in front of all the boys playing basketball outside - not cool. There was also no toilet paper so we had to go and ask. There was also no bin in the bathroom so we had to move the bedroom bin into the bathroom as you are not allowed to flush toilet paper in Coron.
Another downside was the air con in the room could only be reached by climbing onto the bed to reach above the pillows. When it was turned on it blew all the hot air into the bathroom so the bathroom was hideous to use when then air con was on - a major design flaw.
We were 2 people with small carry on bags only, there was not enough floor space for both our bags so we had to put one on the desk and one on the floor. The room was tiny.
It advertises that there’s WiFi - this is a tiny SIM card dongle that isn’t on all the time, is super slow which isn’t unusual for the area but this was especially slow and is only available if you sit at reception. I wouldn’t class that as WiFi available...
The road the hotel is on is not lit so it is a bit daunting at first walking back from the town at night.
The only positive was that it was clean (although there was a used plaster stuck on the wall in the bathroom and the stairways were mouldy).
The staff were pleasant enough but unfortunately our experience here was pretty bad. I would advise to avoid booking here, which is something we’ve never had to say about a hotel before.
