I found staff pleasant and attentive, quick to respond to any issues. Room was spacious n modern..with a balcony. The big pool closest to the front entrance is very clean. There is a lifeguard. A trip in to town by tuktuk takes 15-20min. 100-150pesos depending on destination

The hotel location is very quiet and close to the beach. Hotel employees are very friendly and polite. You can book tours from the reception and they manage everything for you. Food menu with a lot of variety with some big portion as fish and chicken. Thank you to the Team.

The crew of costa is very accommodating. They are so nice and helpful. The only issue we faced in the room is that there is about 3 to 5 mosquitoes in the room that we booked. It is near a pool side.
