A good place to come back
Tram outside the door and World Forum very close.
Good breakfast, rooms excellent and restaurant ok.
Beds lovely, best pillow, mattress and duvet in years!
Only downside is that you can't open the tipping window because of the traffic noise. I'd advise getting a room away from the highway.

Not worth four stars!!!
We came into our chilly room and freezing bathroom. After we set the air conditioning to 25 degrees the room became warm, the bathroom remained very cold due to the cold floor and the exhaust that made constant noise. The beds were not made after the first night, the towels not changed. You had to ask all this because the hotel wanted to contribute to the carbon footprint in this way. That making a bed contributes to this must be explained to me well. Understand who can understand. The breakfast was reasonable. The fruit juices (flavour powder diluted with water) I don't expect in a four star hotel like the hard stale sandwiches on Sunday morning. We thought we would ask for a pancake but we also got the answer that the ́pancake machine ́ did not work. What's wrong with using a pan for this? We knew that when we asked for an egg. Frying an egg took forever. Whenever we made a comment, there was no Dutch-speaking employee in the breakfast room. Yet we were in the Netherlands. The Spa was minimal: not good, not bad ttz. very noisy for a place where you should be able to unwind. The pool was also chilly. The Finnish sauna we found because we saw it from our room. No one from the hotel was present at the Spa. After a while there was a young guy on his cellphone strumming when we could finally ask for towels that were not present on the rack at the entrance to the pool.
Back in the room, the temperature in the bathroom was still too low to take a pleasant bath. The desk lamp did not work, the curtain was no longer in the rail, in the bathroom not all lamps were in operation. After showering, the water ran under the sink table....
The excuse for working on the carbon footprint is looking more and more like general savings. For us no second time in this hotel. A weekend away should not require work from guests who pay for their stay.

welcome friendly.The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean.
restaurant / bistro located at the lounge somewhat simple, both in terms of menu and presentation.Not really in relation to hotel price.
