Group visit

The hotel is very nice, from the moment you arrive they give you the attention you deserve.
We had breakfast at the restaurant the FONDA, the service of the waiters was very good were watching over us.
The food was very rich had variety in the buffet.
A good hotel.

The worst night at this hotel

Heating not working
Shower does not work properly only handheld accessory
Front desk staff not providing solution
Midnight maintenance assistance trying to repair something they must have prepared for the customer to use.
Overall a bad attitude and a room quality motel by the way.

Group breakfast.

I had the experience of knowing and touring its facilities, the truth was that I could not get the opportunity to stay, as I only went to a breakfast with friends but, the experience was unforgettable, its staff very attentive at all times from its reception, does not neglect the quality of how to serve its customers let alone its food, very good experience, I hope to return very soon to stay, I recommend its restaurant, La fonda, as well as its instructions, I leave satisfied by the good treatment and its good food.

A balanced and rich breakfast just like the attention, very good courtesy and treatment given, I like its views, its gardens, and I feel that its rooms and especially its beds look very comfortable. I would definitely enjoy the stay at that hotel...

Tour of the facilities

My experience inside the hotel was very pleasant as it has a very friendly and trained staff, on the other hand the food in its restaurant tastes very good as well as having a variety of foods in the buffet, the hotel is also very large and has different accommodation areas which I found very pleasant and I think it is a very good place to go to stay and be able to go to breakfast at your restaurant with friends or family.
