Excellent location, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing and everyone was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back to this hotel for my next trip.

Very bad service

The hotel is well located, the service is too slow, room service, and what you order is very slow , the waiters are very friendly, the food is not very good either and if you ordered something that is common everywhere there is that “the chef could not” the truth very bad experience were several details that in the other hotels are covered in this hotel the truth no, we would no longer arrive despite the good location the service leaves much to be desired

I've stayed at the HGI since the year it opened. I loves the people that work there, always nice and efficient. However, it is starting to show its age. Linens need updating as well as mattresses. Still a great place in a great area with amazingly friendly people!
