1.1 got many transgender in prince hotel area
2. There was a problem with my door, and then the transgender person followed the service staff to my room and went around in a circle. The problem is that the hotel service staff did not prevent the transgender person from entering the room.
2. Hotel not clean
3. Hair dryer is broken
4. The corridor smells cigarette smoke
