This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applicable to all foreign guests. If you choose to pay at the property upon your arrival, you will have to pay the tourist tax directly at the property. If you pay for your reservation via Booking.com, we will collect this tax from you directly. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted from the extra charge. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. The property requires a refundable security deposit upon check-in. We wish to inform you about an upcoming water disruption that is necessary for improving our infrastructure and enhancing your overall experience during your stay with us. The temporarily interrupt water supply on the following dates and times: 24 September 2024: Block A | Level 47-31 | All Units | 00:00 to 7:00 25 September 2024: Block A | Level 16 -9 | All Units | 00:00 to 7:00 26 September 2024: Block B | Level 16 -LG | All Units | 00:00 to 7:00 Please note, the Style Restaurant on Level G and the public restrooms on Levels G and GM will also be affected during these times. We kindly ask you to ensure that all faucets are turned off and to store enough water for personal use before the disruption begins. This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a cost an extra charge of MYR 500. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking.
