Superior service provided
Check-in counter staff also guided me the directions to walk to the Komtar Shopping JBCC.
Information such as free jacuzzi and sauna at Level 13 as well as the buffet venue and lift lobby were all being told to me during check-in too.
Staff will also check on you before your departure to see if everything is ok.
Definitely will stay here again in the near future!!
