A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that with effect from 28 April 2017, smoking is strictly prohibited within the compounds. Guests are required to use the designated smoking areas located at the front of the property.
