Room was okay, just that there were holes in the room wall, like it was kicked or punched by someone. Good as you get to have your own microwave inside your room. Cleaning is done upon request. Must check their amenities as I got two shampoos instead, didn’t get body wash initially. Location wise, it is just a 15-20min walk to Shinjuku Station and Busta Shinjuku. Not recommended if you have big big luggages, but good to stay since quite near to Don Quiqote and few other shops.

No luggage storage is available! Room is dirty!

Very bad experience!
This hotel does not offer luggage storage! Please pay special attention before booking! In addition, the cleaning of the room is very uncertain, and all the places where dust accumulates (switch cover, cable above and behind the TV,) are full of thick ash! The bath and bathroom walls have hair, the suits are broken and dirty! This is the hottest hostel I've stayed in 43 days! No one! Apart from the bottom there are 7-11 very convenient! And if you're going to bring the girl back in the Grand Park, he'll be only one alley away, but the gate will have a fairness magician to stop you from trading!
The hotel does not provide luggage storage! Special attention before booking! If you booked really carelessly, please pay attention to the schedule! (If you get early, you don't need to go to the hotel to place luggage, there is a paid deposit box at the station!)

The hotel was hotel was excellent. Fast check in & check out. Highly recommended for tourists who want to stay in the shinjuku area.

This is not a twin room that u gave us, but is two bed. Only for 4 of us .l .will not come back again 😔

Terrible

Terrible, inconsiderate and unreasonable. Even in death of traveller, not able to cancel paid room. Not able to alter, give voucher or any choices. Keep pushing responsibility to Agoda. And Agoda also push back to Livemax saying not agree. Both equally Worst in this
