Small car parking, need to go NPC 24 H Sendai Ichibancho Paking if you come late. The most nearest one to hotel

The hotel staff were very professional, efficient and welcoming. There was always someone available when I needed help or had a question.

Very quiet and elegant hotel. there are many convenience stores and fastfood restaurants around. a female staff at the reception was very very friendly and always smiling and I would give her No.1 receptionist title at Mitsui garden hotels . I love to stay here again

Inconvenient here and there, far from train stations and downtown areas, not particularly suitable for leisure use

It is a prominent hotel facing the main street of Higashi Nibanchome. However, on top of the somewhat dilapidated facilities, the reception desk is very administrative, perhaps because the government district is close by and there are many vacationers for work, and now it looks much inferior to other modern hotels that are close to the train station and downtown and have a sense of hospitality. The adjoining parking lot is also small, and it is very inconvenient to have to use neighboring coin parking in an alleyway. In general, it is not a hotel suitable for leisure, and I think it is not recommended unless it is cheap rate.

しかしながら、施設の経年劣化やスタッフの対応により、お客様にご満足いただくことが出来ず、大変申し訳ございませんでした。
また、駐車場のご利用につきましても、ホテル周辺の一方通行の通りが多いことによりご不便をお掛けしてしまい心苦しい限りでございます。
当館は仙台駅からは徒歩12分程でございますが、周辺には百貨店や東北一の繁華街である国分町がございます。
繁華街には、仙台名物の牛タンの人気店も多くあり、ご宿泊のお客様からも周辺に飲食店が多い点についてお喜びいただいております。
今回お客様からいただいたご指摘を重く受け止め、お一人おひとりに寄り添った温かなサービスをご提供できるようスタッフ一同精進してまいります。

Since they opened the hotel, I used the hotel as my home base hotel every year, but unfortunately all staffs were gone during the last 8 months even tough the restaurant in the hotel. They became a typical business hotel now. Good luck.
