The hotel is not far from Kusatsu Station, about 5 minutes walk. The hotel room is generally quite spacious. Among Japanese hotels, I couldn’t taste it when I got up late for breakfast.

The room smell is too big. The air conditioner can’t adjust the temperature. It’s not as good as when I lived in the middle of the night when I opened the window 5 years ago. I was awakened in the middle of the night by the poor sound insulation effect. It shouldn’t be the case during the epidemic. Relatively disappointed🙄

Estonia Hotel

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and most speak English. Room was small but had everything you need for a trip. The food was very good with lots of choices of hot and cold drinks at breakfast to set you up for the day. There is a large shopping centre within a 2 min walk which also hosts restaurants and fast food outlets. A very enjoyable visit and I hope to return in the future.

There was only one parking space left when I arrived at night time. Driving to the hotel was difficult as it's in a city with narrow roads and lots of people walking around and riding bikes. The staff were polite and spoke English. My room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Train station is within walking distance and it takes about 26 min to get to Kyoto station.
