The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath.
Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave.
The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window.
This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely!
The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.

Very bad, simply a nightmare, I hope management can give me a satisfactory answer. I was a guest staying for 8 consecutive days. My baby is sensitive to dust, so choose a more reputable hotel. As a result, I was wrong. Totally disappointed.

My baby only slept well on the first and fourth days, and the rest of the day only had to sleep for two hours. I noticed that the staff did not change the bedding every day, and the baby was itching at night to get full of blood.
The next day and the third day after we returned to the hotel, the blood traces were still on the bed, the night of the fifth day I couldn't stand it, to the front hall 2 / f complaint, they told me only four days to change the sheets once, not every day! I feel like I live here, every day is also paid, should also have a basic cleaning service every day, and then they answered, the sixth day no people help me to replace, need me to be patient for another day! There is absolutely no real-time action, there is absolutely no intention of addressing the needs of guests, changing bedding daily is the basic responsibility of every hotel!
By the seventh day someone helped me with another bed linen, but on the eighth day I had to leave.
There is also a toothpaste on the ground, the first day of stay has been seen, until the fifth day before complaining, still on the ground, proof that the floor has not been cleaned and cleaned for several days!
I don't make excessive demands on the shopkeepers, just hope that they will bear the responsibility they deserve, and not always apologize, so that things can be resolved.
I hope your company management will respond well to my following questions
1. Is a change of bed linen only four days your hygiene standard?
Do you have the appropriate training for your clean room colleagues, and have your superiors followed the performance of employees?
3. Former parish colleagues, do you have a professional attitude to address the basic needs of guests?

Added three 5:00 am in the morning the baby can not sleep, the mother is not sleeping enough for several days in a row, is about to get sick, need to take him to 2 / f visits around the photo

This hotel is one station away from the Kansai (KIX) Airport, and it is good for your final stop just before a flight home because the RINKU PREMIUM OUTLET is just 15 mins walk frm hotel!
However, if u wish to explore Tokyo,Kyoto, Nara, the travel distance is really far .
This hotel has a spa bath too but my sister and I didn't have time to experience it.
Lawson convenience store is located at hotel lobby an another bigger one is just by the Rinku Town station.
To get to the hotel, alight at Rinku Town station, take exit 5 .
Check-in is strictly only at 15:00 hrs NO exception at all, regardless you're travelling with an elderly OR a pregnant lady. (I saw these guests waited at the lobby together with me and was thinking, why would the hotel make the guests gather and accumulate rather than assign them into any of the rooms available given their priority/ needs )
If one needs to check in earlier than 3pm, an hourly charge of 1220 ¥en is required.
Hotel operates with an auto check-in system via the kiosk at lobby.
I would probably stay again next time if I travel to Japan with my spouse, but would only book 2 nights at most. (Just to conveniently shop at Rinku Premium store/get to the airport) Daily room rate is quite expensive 😅
