Relaxing
In the restaurant you eat very well, although breakfast could be more varied...
We do not have access to the air conditioner as the optimal location made the room fresh. In short, with a small renovated rooms, this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars!
I would definitely go back.

Value for Money
I loved my stay here and am booking another one next year. You cannot beat the location. It isn't five star, and they don't pretend to be. There is character aplenty here, despite some needed renovations.
Ordinary breakfast, but so close to all the gelato in brioche you could ever wish for that I didn't care.

Wonderful stay with the family
- LOCATION
That's good. We were able to visit Ragusa Ibla, Marina di Ragusa, Donnafugata, Caltagirone, Scicli, Modica, Syracuse, Ortigia, Marzamemi, Noto. Also Scoglitti very pleasant for an evening walk between the 2 main squares or on the seafront past the lighthouse. Equipped playground in the square a few meters from the hotel.
Very close coops, bakeries, pharmacy, tobacconist, ice cream parlors, restaurants and pizzerias.
- BEACH
Unparalleled to leave your room and find yourself in a private beach after a few steps. Soft sand and perfect for the fun of children, the natural pool that is created between the rocks is great for children of all ages and very relaxing for parents. After the rocks, regenerating open sea. Seabed gently sloping. Very young beach assistants always courteous, attentive and helpful. Comfortable workstations assigned to each room with an umbrella, two sunbeds, a director chair and a coffee table. Available shower, bar and a small warehouse where to store games and inflatables.
- RESTAURANT
We opted for the B&B formula precisely because we moved to visit nearby locations. However, in 2 weeks we had lunch and dinner several times, always with so much taste and satisfaction. Excellent dishes, quality raw materials and always fresh fish. Available to prepare dishes off the menu for our baby that was served super fast. Unparalleled view directly on the sea, very nice decor, impeccable service with special praise to Alessandro, always smiling, helpful, kind and competent. Thanks for Grandma's takeout cake you gave us for the drive home. Very kind also the very young breakfast girls who prepared us a great cappuccino and stuffed our hot croissants at the time. I would add some variety to the breakfast buffet which still offered good alternatives both sweet and savoury.
- ROOMS
Our room was definitely in need of modernization, especially the bathroom a bit dated, but considering that much of the hotel has been renovated, I am sure that all rooms will be completed shortly. However, we found it extremely comfortable because it was very well equipped. In addition to the 3-door wardrobe, there was also a desk and a very capacious chest of drawers. Available fridge and large smart TV of the latest generation convenient to put cartoons on youtube to our baby. The bathroom was also very comfortable because it was full of hooks, shelves and shelves. Wonderful sea views with the small balcony where you can sit in the early morning or evening.
- CLEANING
Courteous and attentive ladies who took care of the cleaning of the room. A pleasure to return from the beach and find everything neat and fragrant. Attention also to the cleanliness of the common areas with the continuous removal of sand that we guests left lying around.
Very welcome also the supply of beach towels and beach bag as well as the many courtesy kits available. In addition to the classic soap, shower-shampoo, also shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, sewing set.
Fast wifi network and present everywhere.
I also remember with pleasure the courtesy of Daniele at reception.
Finally, a dutiful thanks to the whole Mazza family, able to welcome and pamper their guests with kindness and courtesy. They also had the care to make a gift to our little girl as a souvenir of this stay, as well as giving us a magnet of Scoglitti that we have with pleasure stuck on our refrigerator.
In short, SUPER RECOMMENDED!
