Magnificent, cozy and peaceful stay
The setting of this bed and breakfast is charming. Beautiful decoration which combines warm style with Venetian style. After an exhausting day of walking in Venice, how good it is to lie down on quality bedding! Everything is very clean. Good insulation of the room. Nickel bathroom. No noise coming from outside or from the next room. The lunch is quality and complete. Both quiet and friendly if there are other guests. There are good charcuterie and local cheeses. Croissants, various breads, jams, fruits, fruit juices, yogurts and others. Everything you need to get your visits off to a good start.
Sven, the owner is a considerate man and an exceptional guide. He knows the history and anecdotes of Venice and its surroundings as well as secret places...
If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to take the option of sailing with him around and in the canals of Venice. It's an incredible experience that you won't soon forget!
I really recommend this place! You will definitely have a great time there!

Villa de charme moderne et tranquille
Sven, le prioritaire, est belge, et est tombé amoureux de Venise et y est installé depuis 10 ans. Il connaît Venise mieux que certains vénitiens, je pense. Passionné d'histoire, il ne tarit pas d'anecdotes sur Venise et ses îles. Il est intarissable sur son histoire! Il sera un guide extraordinaire pour vous! Organisation de superbes visites et notamment en bateau car il a un accès dans Venise!
Sa villa est moderne à l'écart du bruit et de la foule. On s'y sent chez soi. Elle est décorée avec style et son jardin est extraordinaire. La chambre est très confortable et d'une propreté sans faille. Petit plus pour l'accès au salon. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Ambiance moderne et cosy. Je vous recommande absolument. Ceci n'est pas un adieu, Sven mais un au revoir! Merci pour tout!

Clean, well kept, Landlord Very Kind
The Landlord Sven has been very kind, nice and very helpful. He made me feel like a friend. He's the true plus of the house wich is clean and very well kept. He speaks at least 5 language. He's an art expert too.
