All very good!

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights.
Fast and friendly reception, available for any need.
Very nice room, spacious, beautiful bathroom. Comfortable mattress with different pillows. Clean. Scented and fluffy clean towels. Efficient and complete cleaning. Good lighting.
Gourmet restaurants very quaint, professional waiters (Yuri especially) courteous service, right timing, and customer attention, excellent dishes well balanced (venison and guinea fowl for me).
Very very good chef, Congratulations!
Wine as requested, combined with the dishes chosen, perfect.

Management gaps, reception of Mr.Marini to be reviewed

We stayed in this place between January-February last year, staying in 2 different rooms with our 2 small dogs.In the first, I think it was a first floor, everything went quite well being there parquet, and balcony, the other, located on a high floor, unfortunately with white carpet.In that circumstance the dogs were evidently indisposed, and in the morning we noticed that they had done their thing around, despite having been placed the matsgie.Cercammo to limit the damage by opening the window and cleaning what you could, in addition to the EXTRA PAYMENT OF 100 € FOR CLEANING, so in theory the thing should have ended there, but evidently this was not enough, considering the aggressive scene in style held by the manager towards my partner in front of the reception while other people were passing and to have thrown us out... when it was enough to assign a more appropriate room.... so you can not define yourself as friendly if you chase guests with animals that "you do not like", first, and second.... think about better heating certain corridors of the structure, especially the one that leads to the pool, given er... there also pass people in bathrobes, and sometimes it seemed an icebox.....

Evidentemente se fa la recensione dopo un anno è perchè non si ricorda le condizioni in cui avete lasciato la camera. Io purtroppo me la ricordo bene in quanto non abbiamo potuto affittarla per il giorno seguente al fine di effettuare una pulizia a fondo e consegnarla al cliente in condizioni igieniche per potervi soggiornare in tranquillità. Nessuna agressività da parte nostra, Vi abbiamo semplicemente chiesto di lasciare l'hotel, ci sono delle regole di rispetto verso chi lavora sulle quali non possiamo transigere.

All round

I wanted to give 4 just for the water temperature of the pool (outside the spa) a bit chilly, but it would have been really too irreverent. Nice, clean hotel with great facilities. Hearty and delicious breakfast. The evening bar faithfully reflects all the positive reviews. We did not try the restaurant preferring to choose other on site. The struttua is logistically perfect for travel and has ample parking, shame all discovered. Very interesting value for money. 5 points more than deserved!

Gent.le Cliente, grazie per le belle parole e per averci dato il massimo punteggio, nonostante la percezione dell'acqua della piscina con una temperatura poco confortevole. Ho verificato i parametri e risulta come impostata tra i 27 e i 29°, temperatura forse freddina per rilassarsi ma alzandola diventerebbe fastidiosa per chi vuole nuotare. Non avete provato il nostro fiore all'occhiello, ma a Udine e dintorni si trovano tanti posti interessanti dove mangiare. Grazie ancora e ci auguriamo di riverderVi al Vs prossimo viaggio a Nord Est.

Very good stay

Very good hotel with very good restaurant. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. I recommend this hotel if you go to Udine. The restaurant is expensive but very good, you have several good and cheaper restaurant near the hotel. Very good stay
