Almostly ideal apartments

Before I'll start describing details and + and - i would like to share my overall opinion about this place. So, it was great and that's why all the "-" are minors and given only for reference.
1.It is really close to the beach & sea (100m). But, to be honest, nearby beach isn't perfect ("-"), so it is better to go 5 min by car to another one. All up to you, but if you don't want to drive, you have an option anyway...
2.Place is calm and quiet. You feel really safe inside, because It is separated from the street by wicket gate.
3. Parking is always available nearby. It is for free, but you have to be careful and watch the road sign to do not leave your car at the street that's going to be cleaned at the night. 100 euros penalty ("-").
4. City center. 5 min by car, 15-20 by walking.
5. Food. 1 min by foot to Pizza and Sushi restaurant, small shop and Tabacchi.
5. Huge and spacefull rooms. Living room with a comfortable sofa (folding) and big table, big and comfortable bed in a bedroom You have a several types of lighting that allow you to create home atmosphere. 2 aircons, both completely operative and efficient. Real kitchen in a separate room, well equipped, but few key features are missing: microwave oven, kettle and little bit more dishes...("-"). In the bathroom you'll find all that you need, but some leakages from shower to be expected...("-").
6. 2 huge terrace with seaview (in some rooms). Some helpful stuff like drier, iron and sunshades...
7. WIFI!!! It is really high speed! Not a usual Hotel type, almostly like at home.
8. For sensitive persons I'd like to recommend to prepare earplugs. Wall are thin and it could be noisy...("-")
I definitely recommend for those who preferred to do not be "stuck" in small hotel rooms and like to feel like at home when in vacation.
Relatively to the price, it is really PERFECT.

BAD!!!

I STAYED IN THIS HORRIBLE PROPERTY!!! UNBEARABLE NOISES FROM UPSTAIRS! VERY DIRTY, THE SHEETS WITH AN UNPLEASANT SMELL, THE ASHTRAYS FULL OF CIGARETTE BUTS, MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE, IN FACT I HAD SKIN PROBLEMS! ALSO, WHEN I PAID THE MANAGER HE DIDN'T GIVE ME THE REST OF THE 10 EUROS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HAVE THEM HE TOLD ME!! A HOLIDAY TO FORGET!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STRUCTURE!!!!

Great, for a Very Economical Price

This is a new place, with all new fixtures, WiFi, a very secure gate, and kitchenettes. If you're a couple, or a family, wanting to stay for a week or so, this is a wonderful find. On booking.com, I got it for 45 euros a night, and it easily sleeps four. However...there is no one ever around to help you get anything, so you're on your own. If you need coddling, then this is not for you. But if you can take care of yourself, then it is truly the bargain you've been looking for., I don't think you can find anything better.

A quiet place

The apartment itself was very good and spacious. But there was no any cleaning, changing of towels during the two weeks we stayed. The bed was good, but one blanket for two of us, which was really unconvenient. The receptionist was nice, but she did not know anything, could not give too much information. the city centre is a bit far, but the neighbourhood is really quiet, supermarkets, little bakeries, greengrocers with nice people are nearby. The beach is very close, but you have to pay for the good one. It is really expensive, but if you are in, the services are really good. It happened, that there was no place for the afternoon. The free beach is full of rocks.

Nice apartment BUT very rude staff!

The apartment in general was very nice, and clean when we arrived. However, there wasn't any change of towels or cleaners in our apartment during our 5 night stay, and not even a washing machine so as to be able to wash towels myself at least. Moreover, the receptionist (Valentina) was very impolite and unfriendly especially during our check-out, wherein she insisted that we pay for an extra night for the simple reason that check-out was done at 11am instead of 10am, even though we agreed beforehand that we could do the check out a few minutes after 10am. For this reason, I will surely not recommend this apartment to others.
