Great experience in Salerno

The hotel enjoys a beautiful sea view and is located in an elegant and quiet area of the city (I admit that being out of season my opinion may not be shared by those who go there in summer). The room assigned to me was beautiful, spacious and very bright, finely decorated and clean. Both the double bed and the sofa bed have very comfortable mattresses and the quality of sleep was excellent. The bathroom is also spacious and even with the corner Jacuzzi.
Large wardrobes and minibar with fresh water available, for a fee.
Breakfast is varied and for all tastes. The staff of the room and that of the reception friendly and helpful.
Internal parking and proximity to several restaurants and supermarket for any need.
I found myself very comfortable.
Highly recommended.
ps only advice for the managers of the structure: a curtain or a stained glass window to protect the bathroom furniture because while taking a shower standing in the tub everything floods

We didn’t like the amount of mosquitoes in our room. Even though we didn’t open the patio door we were consistently finding about 10 or more mosquitoes on the ceiling. We woke up every morning with dozens of mosquito bites. The property feels outdated, old fashioned and rundown.

Strategic hotel

I stayed several times at this property, to be said that they were overnight stays.
The rooms are brand new, modern and spacious.
The location is strategic, not too far from the cemtro and facing the sea.
I have never had breakfast, lunch or dinner, but I would say that for short stops, for me, it is perfect.
Free parking within the hotel.
For my needs, I would say perfect.

Issues need improvement

The Mediterranean hotel was designated for our departure in Italy by a Spanish wholesale company that organizes group trips. We haven't chosen him. Although the hotel has a pseudo renovation, it is very partial. Some issues could be improved. The room has old-fashioned furniture and above all had a single plug to charge the electronic devices, which was obsolete and unsafe. In the bathroom, the screen could not be opened on one side and the shower room was very small. Breakfast lacked variety, but it was fine. The breakfast manager had good treatment with travelers.

To be chosen only for business trips with little room stay

Recommended only if traveling on business.
Questionable quality hotel, with some staff not own professional.
Few small improvements could make the stay of its guests more pleasant, such as sheets / towels, soap / shampoo of superior quality, extra coat hangers and hangers, improvement of WiFi coverage and indication of the cost of small bottles of water in the fridge (2.50 euros each bottle of 500 ml!!).
In the room that has been assigned to us (109), I would add that the constant sound of pouring water make the stay and overnight stay annoying.
Also in the bathroom the light is poor (in addition to there being a burnt bulb) and there is no fan operable despite being blind (without window).
Not particularly convenient for access to the sea.
